At Welch School of Piano, you and your pre-schooler are offered a unique opportunity to experience piano lessons together. These fun group classes teach:
Familiar songs on the piano
Movement and singing with rhythm instruments

New for the School Year
Last year, I introduced Music Martial Arts as our new yearly incentive program! I saw a huge success as each student marked off goals throughout the year to earn their "belt"! Each level of voice or piano represents a Belt.
This year, in addition to Music Martial Arts, we will also be using Class Dojo! Class Dojo is a classroom management tracker used in many public and private schools. I loved the idea so much that I decided we needed it for our music classroom too! Students will be rewarded points for displaying their awesome behavior. They will also be able to see the skills they need to work on. Students will be able to “cash in” their points throughout the year for prizes and coupons! It is an instant way for students (and parents) to see their progress from week to week!
I am looking forward to this adventure and music filled year!
